Spatial Analysis And Design Strategy Research Of Historic Towns

The "historic township" is the important protected space in historical famous towns,including local history and culture heritage,contains the historic conservation areas that have the most value of protection and the unhistorical areas that are alienating caused by the erosion of the construction of modern urban,so the historic township has double position and requirements of both the protection and development,with a wide range of academic research value and planning practice demand.But from the previous research and planning practice,there are more research and practice of the historic township especially the legal protection planning of historical and cultural district,paying attention to the protection objects,protection requirements and protection measures of historical relics,but the protection and reconstruction Research of spatial pattern,spatical texture and the space characteristics of historic township have seldom been studied,and the strategies and measures lack scientific cognition for both the protection and development.So it needs analysis from the history evolution and space exploration of historic township,explore the space design method and path to meet the need of protection and development,and help the sustainable development of historic township.This paper will research spatial problem in the protection and development of historic town from planning and design perspective,taking the historic township of the Qintong historical famous town as research and practice object.In order to protect the historical and cultural resources and traditional style,improve the living environment to adapt to modern life,this paper combined with practice of Qintong historic township planning and design,analysis the space of the historic township,attempts to start with space characteristics and space form,explore the problem of how to deal with the contradiction between protection and development in the fields of space protection and shaping of the historic township,in the process of social development,seek the protection and development strategy and space design path of the historic township.
