| As With the development of infrastructure construction,the total mileage of road traffic in China ranks first in the world.In the next 5 to 10 years,pavement materials about asphalt also reach the service life gradually,China will enter a peak of road maintenance and reconstruction,which will generate enormous recycled asphalt pavement(RAP).The technique of efficient recycling of waste asphalt concrete has become the current research hotspot.On account of the problems of poor performance,durability and resistance to the secondary aging of existing asphalt pavement,centering on the development of high viscosity reagent,performance of recycled asphalt and jelly,design and performance of recycled asphalt concrete,preparation and construction process of recycled asphalt concrete,and so on.System research was carried out.The following main achievements were achieved.Effect laws of second-line extract oil,SBS,C9 petroleum resin,PE wax,MMT and other modified montmorillonite components of aging asphalt penetration,on the regeneration,softening point,ductility,viscosity and aging resistance of recycled asphalt were studied.High viscosity and tenacity reagent(HTR)was developed,the composition of second-line extract oil,SBS,C9 petroleum resin,PE wax,MMT is 70~80:20~30:15~20:6.8~8.5:4.8~7.2.Influence of HTR on the performance of recycled asphalt and its mucilage was studied.The result of research showed well penetrating quality between HTR and recycled asphalt.When the content is 9%,the softening point is 62.1℃,and 10℃ ductility 37.0cm,Residual ratio of penetration after aging 81.7%,70 ℃ rut factor above 1 kPa,adhesion level 5,which has excellent regeneration performance.On this basis,influence of the type of reagent,the amount of reagent,the powder ratio on the ductility,softening point,tenacity,viscosity,rheological properties was comparatively studied,determining the amount of recycled asphalt 40% ~ 80%,and the powder glue ratio 1~1.5.AC-16 C as the target grading,gradation design of RAP was studied,the grading design method of recycled asphalt was raised,and effect of RAP admixture on the properties of regenerated asphalt mixture was studied.The result of research showed that,the RAP content should be controled below 30%,with residual stability of submerged water 90.8%,intensity ratio of frozen and melted 85.8%,dynamic stability 4120 times per millimeter,-10 ℃ trabecular bending tensile strain 3100με,which has excellent ageing-resistant performance,meeting the requirement of high grade highway in our country.Above on,construction technology of asphalt concrete based on HTR was come up with.The results of the paper can provide technical support for the utilization of waste asphalt concrete and the sustainable development of road construction,with important social and economic benefits. |
