Massive early construction highway gradually enter major and medium repairs period. In order to reduce cost in the road maintenance, technology of reclaimed asphalt mixture should be urgently researched. In this thesis, Hot In-Place Recycling technology, recycled equipment and mix design are researched, based on research results from home and abroad and combined with Hot In-Place Recycling practical engineering condition in Han-shi expressway.Excellence, shortcomings and applicable scope of various kinds of Hot In-Place Recycling technology are compared in the paper. Constructional force may choose recycling technology as the results above. Characteristics and applicable scope of equipments are analyzed; the results can help constructional force choose the best equipment. Combined with Hot In-Place Recycling practical engineering condition in Han-shi expressway, the economics of recycling technology and economic longevity of recycling equipment are analyzed in the paper. And also calculation method is given, which can be used in other constructions.Grading and asphalt-aggregate ratio of old asphalt mixture, which is the main ingredient in the recycling mixture, and the old asphalt have changed. Mix design for recycling mixer is in order to eliminate the difference and renew the performance. So the key technology of the mix design is to test the grading and asphalt-aggregate ratio. The samples which should be typical and selected as much as possible are tested using rational method. Testing quality of old asphalt and asphalt content are very important, because the results decide quantity and category of additive.Lots of data tested by the Task Group show that additive impacts the performance greatly. The recycling asphalt pavement is bleeding if too more additive put into the old asphalt mixtures. These make more cost and impact the quality of the pavement. So when constructing, the worker must watch the flowmeter. When the asphalt road surface hot-recycling machine starts to move, the additive may be to more. In order to make sure the quality of the pavement, the flowmeter should be adjusted in time.Combined with Hot In-Place Recycling practical engineering condition in Han-shi expressway, heat balance is calculated and formula is given when the heating machine move only once.
