| In the heating system,the water quality has a vital influence on the safe and stable operation of the system.Excessive water hardness can cause serious fouling in the circulation system,excessive chlorine ion will lead to serious corrosion of the pipe network and the abnormal increase of the amount of water supply in the system.In the existing thermal heat exchange stations,the artificial detection method is generally adopted,and the quality of the water is regularly checked,which cause the time and accuracy of the data are poor.In this paper,a lot of work has been done on the water quality monitor and water quality control of the heating system,and water quality monitoring system is established.When the water quality exceeds the limit,the water quality monitoring system responds promptly and sends down the adjustment instructions,which has achieved good effect on stabilizing the water quality.In order to achieve the above objectives,this paper mainly completed the following work:(1)Three typical thermal stations are selected,for water quality analysis by using history state sampling and chemical titration,and find out that the three main indicators as water hardness,chlorion,and PH are beyond index,and cause the poor timeliness and accuracy in the thermal station.(2)According to the poor timeliness and accuracy in the thermal station,A water quality monitor and water quality control system is founded up in this paper.To verify the accuracy of the water quality monitoring system,this study selects 50 water samples to compare the water quality index data measured by the water quality monitoring system and manual measurement data.(3)The monitor and control system was used in the reform project of a thermal station,The PH,total water hardness,chloride ion and stability were improved effectively in the reformed thermal station.This paper is helpful to update the water treatment equipment of heating system,and has a wide application prospect in the heating system,which also has positive demonstration significance for the energy conservation and emission reduction of the heating system.In this research,the mature technology and the actual situation are widely used.The remote data platform combined with automatic detection and monitoring technology and intelligent water treatment equipment are used to optimize the water quality of the circulating water in the heating system.Finally,this paper demonstrates the view of this project,and reflects the key role of this research in practical application. |
