The trends of the global packaging industry are large-scale,integrated and intelligent of the packaging machinery.Feeding link,the primary link of the material package,is the foundation of automatic material packaging operations.In the process of soft-slender material packaging,it is difficult to separate the material to be single,which is in the state of stacking and with the physical characteristics of slender,soft and easy to deform,so that the packaging machineries of the material of this kind are still staying in the state of semi-automatic.To solve the above problem,selected the blood collection needle to be the research object in this paper,combined with its physical characteristics,designed the automatic feeding device which had core mechanism of automatic material handling mechanism and automatic sorting mechanism,completed the prototype production and experiment study.The main work of this paper is as follows:1.Analyzed the physical characteristics of the soft-slender material,selected representative blood collection needle as research object,measured the physical parameters of the blood collection needle,such as length,weight,diameter and total length in the state of stacking,designed the automatic feeding device with the method of indirect feeding approach,researched the specific mode of execution of automatic handling material and automatic sorting material.2.According to the handling operation research of the blood collection needle,selected the approach of horizontal-vertical composite vibration to handling material,designed the handling mechanism of composite vibration,established the experiment platform of automatic handling material,with the goal of material uniformity degree,carried out the interactive orthogonal experiment with four factors which had three levels,when the horizontal vibration frequency was 1.7Hz,the horizontal amplitude was 150mm,the vertical vibration frequency was 1.3Hz,the vertical amplitude was 30mm,the experiment platform had the best effect and the material uniformity degree was 5mm.The horizontal vibration frequency f1,the horizontal amplitude L1,the vertical vibration frequency f2 and the vertical amplitude L2 had a highly significant effect on the material uniformity degree,and the significance order is L1?f1?f2?L2,the interactions of the horizontal vibration frequency and the horizontal amplitude ?f1ŚL1? the vertical vibration frequency and the vertical amplitude ?f2ŚL 2? had a significant effect,and the significance order is ?f1ŚL1???f2ŚL 2?.3.According to the sorting operation research of the blood collection needle,selected the electromagnetic linear vibration feeder as the core part to design the automatic sorting mechanism,established the experiment platform of automatic sorting material,with the goal of material sorting velocity,carried out the interactive orthogonal experiment with three factors which had three levels,when the sorting quantity was 25,the straight liner angle of inclination was 12°and the vibration frequency was 52.5Hz,the experiment platform had the highest sorting velocity and the average sorting time of each material was 0.51s.The sorting quantity had a significant effect on the material sorting velocity,the straight liner angle of inclination,the vibration frequency and the interactions of the three factors had little significant effect on the material sorting velocity.4.Analyzed and designed the structure of the handling material module,the sorting material module and the picking and supplying module of the automatic feeding device,designed the automatic feeding device,the prototype of the automatic feeding device certified the feasibility of the automatic feeding program.The five-channel automatic feeding device could reach the feeding efficiency goal for 80000 times/day and meet the design requirement.
