The Rural Endowment Environment Research Of Hunan Xiangxiang

Along with the accelerating of population aging in China,the supporting problem becoming a highlight.The current endowment facilities in China cannot meet the increasing material and cultural needs of the elderly,especially in rural areas where the economic and cultural development are relatively backward.However,currently there are rarely research about rural endowment problems and no thorough system analysis about rural endowment situation and existing problems.This paper takes the Xiangxiang rural endowment environment as the research object,conducting a comprehensive study from the current Xiangxiang rural family endowment mode to the institution endowment.This comprehensive study of Xiangxiang rural endowment environment is an important and urgent task.This paper starting from analysis about the basic characteristics,demand,current situation of aging population,causes of the aging and influence of Xiangxiang rural elderly.All these analysis present a preliminary understanding on current situation and development of Xiangxiang rural elderly.Then conduct field investigation on Xiangxiang rural endowment situation from two aspects,which are family endowment and institution endowment.After investigation on Xiangxiang rural architecture,indoor space characteristics,and outdoor characteristics,Liu's house,Chen's house and Zhou's house are chosen to represent as elder people indoor environment in family endowment,which are mainly survey from house type,function layout and housing barrier-free environment.The elderly residential outdoor environment investigation focuses on Qizi village and Shanghu village,where road traffic,public facilities and landscape are the main points of the investigation.In terms of institution endowment,the biggest endowment apartment Yuquan Hill was selected as a representative.Here conducted detail investigation and analysis on the indoor and outdoor environment.In addition,the paper summarized and analyzed the existing problems of family endowment and institution endowment.Based on the above analysis,and after borrowing experience from domestic and foreign outstanding pension cases,besides combining the aging situation in Xiangxiang,the paper proposed to speeding up the new rural construction,developing regional characteristic industry,establishing rural labor intensive industry to attract local talent to work local.The paper also made suggestions like perfecting rural old-age service system,improving elderly family endowment environment,establishing a good institution endowment environment and neighborhood assistance rural community.China is an agricultural country,and rural endowment environment will influence China's future development.This paper wants to offer some reference to Xiangxiang ruralpension environment construction in the future and provide certain theoretical basis for similar rural area.
