Application of online monitoring system of metering device is the power grid enterprises for electric energy metering device is an important stage of information management,intelligent online monitoring system,as a necessary and effective tool,using advanced technology,automatic on-line monitoring of electric energy meter in the electric energy data,such as communication,analog electric energy data acquisition and processing,real-time electricity information,this to bring significant changes to the metering device management.But the combination of electric power metering device of a management experience of online monitoring system alone has been unable to meet the power enterprises to improve the lean management requirement of electric power enterprises need not only to the basic electric energy acquisition and analysis data also need to check online and automation of electric energy meter real-time state assessment and analysis of error meter run.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Data acquisition and process optimization of electric power metering device online monitoring and online verification of business operations,in order to solve the communication protocol more reasonable is not consistent,access to a variety of multi model problems of metering device,the design and implementation of a hot pluggable protocol adaptation scheme.The metering device data acquisition and data processing was abstracted and the three layer model formation collection flow metering equipment,communication channel,communication protocol,communication channel and the communication protocol are made of independent components can be combined.According to the actual business needs combination of channel components and corresponding protocol components,reduces the coupling between channels,protocol and business system to achieve different protocol shielding bottom equipment,analysis of standard lattice unified format data to the upper business data processing.(2)Analysis of factors affecting the operation of power metering device state,AHP evaluates the status of the electric power metering device,power metering device composed of an electric energy meter,voltage transformer,secondary circuit two parts,access to information extraction analysis can reflect the state of each component is accurate and reliable operation of metering device in combination with other business systems such as electric power,electric energy meter running state is mainly basic error,error,on-line monitoring,abnormal batch operation error,electric energy meter users reputation and other factors.According to these state variables,the state evaluation model and method of components are constructed to get the score results of components.Finally,the operation state of each component is evaluated and the whole operation state of the power metering device is evaluated.(3)On the basis of the above research,the paper designs and implements a prototype system for on-line monitoring and condition assessment of power metering devices.The system function mainly from monitoring the traditional business,expand to the remote metering device calibration,real-time monitoring,equipment operation state evaluation services in many aspects,and to verify the practicability and convenience through practical application.
