China's building energy consumption accounts for 27.8% of the total social energy consumption,energy-saving is particularly urgent.Primary and secondary school teaching buildings have obvious particularity for energy-saving design and comfort requirements.Based on the regional characteristics and the functional requirements of teaching buildings, this paper proposes to follow the design methods from macroscopic, mesoscopic to microcosmic level.Combining with computer simulation technology,in the design of the whole process from overall control, plane organization to space design, suitable passive strategies are phased to be selected to create green primary and secondary school teaching buildings. This paper is divided into six chapters. The first chapter discusses the background, theoretical basis, research content, method and significance. The second chapter studies the energy consumption characteristics and comfort requirements of teaching buildings in cold region and finds the potential of energy-saving and comfort optimization of primary and secondary school teaching buildings, then analyzes the typical green teaching building in this area, and summarizes the application of passive technologies in specific cases.Based on the above analysis and examples, the third chapter puts forward green design strategy system of teaching buildings adapting to the climatic characteristics of cold regions.Green primary and secondary school teaching buildings can be designed by field analysis, building layout, body control, plane organization, function configuration and space design, following the design method from macroscopic, mesoscopic to microcosmic level. In chapter four, green design method is quantified by computer simulation technologies and the energy consumption and comfort optimization of the program are analyzed. In the fifth chapter, the green design method is applied to the design practice of a primary school building in Tianjin to verify the application of the design method. The last chapter draws a conclusion and puts forward the prospect of the green design of the primary and secondary school teaching buildings in cold region.
