Energy consumption is a serious problem in China's construction industry.The teaching building of primary and secondary schools has its particularity in the object and time of use.In addition,the future studies on the energy saving of the teaching buildings in primary and secondary schools are all based on the characteristics of cold climate,and there are very few studies combined with the climate characteristics of Qingdao.Although Qingdao belongs to cold climate,topography and landform have mountainous features.Coastal location,climate has the characteristics of Marine climate,the temperature is relatively mild,but the problem of moisture is serious,in the energy saving design of the building not only to consider heat insulation,but also to reduce the energy consumption caused by moisture-proof.This paper mainly explores the application of passive teaching building technology in primary and secondary schools based on the climate characteristics of Qingdao.The research object of this paper is the teaching building of primary and secondary schools in Qingdao.Firstly,through the preliminary data collection,the geographical and topographic characteristics and climatic characteristics of Qingdao are explored.Then,based on the particularity of the energy-saving design of the teaching buildings of primary and secondary schools in Qingdao due to the difference in personnel and time between the buildings and other buildings,the key points of energy-saving design of the teaching buildings of primary and secondary schools in Qingdao were summarized,and the energy-saving technology was reasonably selected.Second,by visiting survey and questionnaire and test experiment,understand the basic situation of the small and medium-sized school buildings in Qingdao,such as school way of heating,ventilation,lighting,energy consumption,the utilization of the new energy and building palisade structure heat preservation condition,layout,function,etc.,and concluded that,analysis the reasons of the problem.Then,through the simulation analysis of the energy-saving software Ecotect and Phoenics,the factors affecting the energy consumption of teaching buildings in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao and reasonable energy-saving measures were explored.Then through the above analysis,the passive energy saving technology suitable for the teaching building of primary and secondary schools in Qingdao is put forward.From the layout of the teaching building design to the individual design,and then to space optimization three aspects summed up the specific energy saving technology,and cited examples to illustrate the feasibility.Finally,the passive energy saving technology is applied to the project design to prove the feasibility of the passive energy saving technology.It is hoped that the passive energy-saving design of teaching buildings in primary and secondary schools in Qingdao will play a role of reference.
