Research On Risk Management Of Electric Power Construction Project

Electric power is the basic energy for the development of national economy and people's daily life,the recent years with the development of the national economy,the power supply and demand is becoming increasingly tense,to the national economic development and people's life with the impact.In order to improve the situation,our country has carried on the reform to the electric power industry,simultaneously also has built many electric power construction projects,which has effectively alleviated the problem of energy supply and demand in China.Currently,China's electric power construction project risk management is still in the primary stage,weak awareness of risk management,risk management techniques and ability is poor,to project losses even bring harm.Therefore,at this stage,it is necessary to study the risk management of power construction project,in order to realize the systematic and dynamic management of the power construction project risk,and reduce the loss of the project.This paper on the theory of risk management as the foundation,combined with the characteristics of power construction project risk,reference domestic engineering project risk identification and evaluation method,risk management of power engineering construction project is studied.This paper first reviews the research results of domestic and international electric power construction project risk management made;then summarizes the basic theory of risk and project risk,analyzes the reasons and characteristics of power construction project risk generation,discusses the meaning and content of power construction project risk management;and then introduces the commonly used identification method the domestic and foreign engineering project risk identification,and construction of power projects the main risk factors are identified;and then introduces the evaluation methods of risk evaluation at home and abroad project,and constructs a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of the risk of power construction project combined with the characteristics of AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method,and the construction of a project of Inner Mongolia Beijing Shengle thermal power plant for the case of empirical model The risk grade of the case project is calculated by the model.Finally,the risk response measures are put forward according to the risk factors in the electric power construction project.In this paper,the risk management of electric power construction project is studied,the risk assessment model is constructed,and the countermeasures are put forward according to the main risk factors.Hope this research can provide valuable reference for the risk management of power construction project.
