| With the implementation of photovoltaic poverty alleviation policy,photovoltaic power generation has also been used as a tool for poverty alleviation to enter thousands of households in poor areas,which is of great significance as part of the national poverty alleviation policy.However,the poor load density and poor photovoltaic access conditions in poor areas bring a series of problems to the local distribution network after a large number of distributed photovoltaic access to poor areas,of which the power quality problem is the most prominent.The problem of voltage deviation,harmonic,three-phase imbalance,voltage fluctuation and flicker caused by distributed photovoltaic access to local distribution network is also discussed,these problems have posed a threat to the safety of users in the area and the economic operation of the distribution network,which has brought adverse effects on the smooth implementation of the photovoltaic poverty alleviation policy.Therefore,it is necessary to test and control the power quality in this area.This paper first analyzes the measured data of power quality in the photovoltaic poverty alleviation area,and points out the power quality problems of the distribution network in the photovoltaic poverty alleviation area,and analyzes the damage caused by these power quality problems to the distribution network and the users in this area.Then,the influence mechanism of harmonic,three-phase imbalance,voltage deviation and voltage fluctuation in the area is analyzed,the factors that affect the emission characteristics and quantity of power quality problems are pointed out.Based on theMatlab/Simulink simulation platform,a low voltage distribution network model withpoverty alleviation photovoltaic is established,and the simulation is carried out underdifferent working conditions to verify the mechanism analysis.Based on the ETAPsimulation platform,the simulation model of the medium and high voltage distribution network is built,and the power flow analysis is carried out for the high voltage distribution network in the photovoltaic poverty alleviation area,and the influence of PV access on the middle and high voltage distribution network is pointed out.Based on the above analysis and simulation,in this paper,the corresponding countermeasures for background harmonics,the limitation of household PV access capacity and the various power quality problems in low voltage area are studied,and the effectiveness of the proposed countermeasures is verified by example analysis,simulation research and application example,and the conclusion is drawn.In order to provide reference for the control of the power quality problem of distributed grid connected to the distribution network,it is of certain guiding significance. |
