Research On Application Technology Of Rubber Asphalt In Wenjiu Expansion Engineering

Due to the rapid development of the transportation industry in recent years,the traffic volume has increased year by year,and the climatic characteristics of the northern frozen area in Gansu Province have made the asphalt pavement prone to rut,cracks and other road diseases.In order to prevent the early damage of asphalt pavement,improve the use of asphalt mixture quality,to strengthen the asphalt mixture road capacity to extend the service life of the road,many modified asphalt came into being,which includes waste rubber powder as raw material of rubber asphalt?Based on the existing research results at home and abroad,this paper analyzes the mechanism and technology of rubber asphalt by means of indoor test and field test,which are based on the pavement expansion project of Dongyangkou to Jiuzhaigou(Ganchuanjie)section of W247 line.Performance and asphalt mixture of road performance,gradation design,given the rubber asphalt pavement construction technology and quality control measures.The research results of this paper and the experience of engineering practice have a positive guiding effect on the application of rubber asphalt in similar projects in Gansu Province,and have certain theoretical and engineering practical value.
