Study On Electric Power Planning Of Mudanjiang City

As a medium-sized city,Mudanjiang Municipality mainly plans its power planning mainly for the distribution network of 110 k V and below,not only to cooperate with the upper-level power grid,but also to coordinate with the overall development planning of Mudanjiang City.Mudanjiang City as a prefecture-level city's core part,even more so.Scientific and rational urban power grid planning can optimize the allocation of power grids,land and other resources,and can justly provide sufficient energy supply for the development of the city.Based on the present situation of urban power grid in Mudanjiang City and the development of national economy,this paper carries out related power planning research.This paper determines the principles and basis of 110 k V and 10 k V distribution network planning,analyzes the status quo of urban power grid in Mudanjiang City and finds out the main problems in urban power grid.Based on historical data of power grid,combined with the load characteristics of urban area,Guidelines "for load type partitioning.Adopt grid method and load density method to carry out power load forecasting.Combined with the distribution network planning guidelines for various types of power supply area planning objectives and requirements,sub-voltage level study of power grid planning programs,configuration of the project,planning and construction of substations and line construction and renovation of new and improved power supply capacity for future growth of electricity to do Good power supply preparation.In addition to the municipal government building a beautiful environment of the city to improve urban landscape construction requirements of the municipal government to study overhead lines into the city of the pipe and tunnel programs and cable cross-river three ways(pipe jacking program,submarine cable laying program and along the bridge Laying plan),by comparison,the program is recommended that more economical cable laying along the bridge across the river.Through the research of the power grid planning,to further improve the Mudanjiang city electric power network,enhance the mutual supply ability between substation lines,improve the reliability of power supply,power load forecasting results meet the construction requirements;on the basis to ensure the expected power supply capacity,power supply reliability,combined with local overall development goals,with the improvement of the whole city living environment,Increase social benefits.
