Design Of Power System Of 66kV Dongjiao Substation Of Suihua City

Power grid intelligence has become the mainstream of the future power grid,penetrate into generation,transmission,substation,distribution,electricity,scheduling,ommunication and information in all aspects.In these sessions,the smart substation is undoubtedly the most core part.Intelligent digital substation substation by the evolved,technology has been improving.Compared to other sectors,intelligent substation has reached a large scale promotion conditions.In this paper,a new 66 kV Dongjiao variants engineering,intelligent completion of 66 kV electrical substation part of the design.At the end of 2016,the maximum load of Dongfu economic development zone in suihua city was 16.86 MW.In 2017,the new project industrial load was about 21.31 MW.In 2018 and beyond,the proposed new project load is about 26.59 MW,Load added 47.9 MW.In order to meet the economic growth in the region and improve the reliable stability of power supply,it is urgent to carry out the new construction project of suihua 66 kV dongjiao transmission and transformation.The substation was designed according to the requirement of intelligent,the combination of suihua is typical of agricultural economy,the land resource is tight,the economic development is backward.The "two weak" problems of the suihua power grid are prominent,the equipment is old and serious,the quality of the personnel is relatively low,and the investment fund gap of the power grid is large.Suihua city belongs to the high-cold region,with nearly half the time of the year in severe cold,and the anti-cold properties of the equipment require higher practical.To the small footprint,cost-saving,high efficiency for the design of the main direction,use of outdoor AIS and conventional transformer intelligent components in a 66 kV and 10 kV electrical equipment,the intelligent primary equipment at the same time,a built-in real-time monitoring equipment in an equipment of all kinds ofonline monitoring device of the state.Secondary equipment mainly USES the automation platform based on IEC61850,which realizes information sharing and interoperation between various intelligent devices using distributed stratification.
