The A High School Campus In Zhuanghe Engineering Construction Project Risk Management Research

Along with the development of global economy and society,construction projects are more and more new features,large quantities,increase the difficulty of the technology of the project,change of investment and financing mode,with the profit space reduced uncertainty factors in the project will continue to rise,face more and more risks,because the risk is more and more become an important factor in the success or failure of the project,prompting researchers and practitioners from the theory and practice pay more attention to the project risk management.At present,many problems exist in the risk management of the construction projects in our country,such as the weak awareness of risk management,relevant laws,regulations,rules and regulations;backward risk management mode and process of risk management is not perfect,risk management,and other major problem for China’s risk of construction project has important practical significance.The from the aspects of project management theory,project risk identification,risk analysis,risk response strategies were discussed,and empirical research and analysis of Zhuanghe City School District building,through empirical analysis,it is concluded that determine the weights of the risk factors of the new campus of the most important risk factors for new campus construction projects,this paper analyzes on the new campus project changes in credit policy.In addition,it also analyzes the strategy to deal with the risk of new campus construction project.Finally,it analyzes the important role of tracking audit in project risk.
