As an important part of society,children are one of the most concerned groups at all levels.As a result of children's self protection ability and the limited ability of autonomous activity,therefore,the children's activity space includes two groups of children and adults.Therefore,in the design,the design consciousness is more as adults to children from the perspective of design and use of space,the lack of children's applicability,comfort,safety and for children's psychological preferences and other considerations,it will inevitably cause estrangement between the children and the activity space.Nowadays,the function of education has become an important social function of science and technology museums,museums and cultural buildings.In 2006 the"International Museum Day" theme "Museum and youth",as well as by the Guangdong Provincial Museum Association,the Guangdong Provincial Museum Foundation and the Beijing Luode Cultural Center organized the 2016 children's Museum Education Seminar "reflects the museum,children's palace,children culture park construction in the practical importance of the audience of children,children the main building has become a cultural education subject.At the same time,a large number of science and Technology Museum,museum examples of RE development of Chen,light education and light place itself exposed the phenomenon of the construction of various cultural museum neglected children.It is a necessary work to set up the space for children and provide the related educational activities for the children in the cultural architecture.It has long been a consensus,but how to design a suitable space for children to visit and study in cultural buildings,there is no a set of more complete guidelines and design methods.Based on the design space of culture construction in children's activities as the research object,reading,investigation and analysis of a large number of cases and detailed surveys and other research by means of literature,and from the perspective of child psychology,to understand the relationship between the children and children's psychological space and background,sort out the relationship between children's behavior and development space.Children of culture construction in domestic space investigation;explore suitable for children of the architectural space;arranging children's psychological needs of space,the exhibition features of children and children's activities as organizational characteristics,behavior based children's space research;based on the above theory and field research,analysis of the characteristics of children in the space layout,space scale,visual and other aspects,and puts forward the design method.I hope this paper can provide some reference for the design of children's space in cultural buildings.
