Research On Evolution Of Self-built Houses Of Laosiyan Village,Hongshilin Town,Xiangxi Tujia And Miao Autonomous Prefecture

China's ""Zhaijing" expressed the philosophy of residential and human beings:"The house,the most need of human." "Human stand by their own houses,and the houses are preserved for human beings.""Interdependence of human and housing can reach to the Heaven." China has five thousand years of history,and in the long years of migration,China has formed ancient villages which are of regional and ethnic characteristics.The village is the nation in the history of evolution,from the "clan"social unit relatively stable the basic ethnic settlement model developed,is Chinese rural broad areas and historical change in an existing,oldest space is located.However,since the reform and opening up,whether our nation or construction industry,academia,all focus on city residential building,building villa,community,build high-rise residential,rural residential building give too little attention.China's rural population are as much as 810 million,concern about the construction of rural residential is imminent.Thinking highly of the self-built housing evolution,studying the evolution track and refining the dominant factors,will help us to look at the traditional village objectively the modernization process,can also help us to carefully set the path and pace of China's rural construction.This paper choose Laosiyan village in Hongshilin Town of Xiangxi as the research object.Through the background collected and sorted out,then carrying out the investigation,interview,surveying and mapping,using sociology,economics,ecology,aesthetics and other disciplines of knowledge,making a thorough investigation and analysis of the self-built housing evolution.This paper is divided into 5 chapters.The first chapter is an introduction,which to ask the question.The second chapter is based on the historical documents and recording interviews,summing up the village of natural conditions,cultural conditions and social economic development status,analyzing the evolution of development of space form in different historical periods.The third and the fourth chapter are the core chapters.The third chapter focuses on the analysis of the historical evolution of the self built housing,from the combination of the body,the new facade,the structure and the structure,equipment and facilities to study the evolution of the four aspects,to explore the characteristics of its evolution and to make appropriate induction.The fourth chapter continues to refine the evolution of the combination of the third chapters,focusing on the evolution of the plane form structure and the main function space plane.Based on the more detailed analysis of the above chapters,the author probes into the process and law of the historical evolution of the self-built houses,and concludes that the population is the dominant factor affecting the historical evolution of the self-built houses.The fifth chapter makes a summary of the challenges and opportunities in the evolution of the self-built houses.Finally,the conclusion.Combing the full text,sum up the characteristics of the evolution of self-built house,and propose that the evolution of the form of the village is the most obvious and most important residential evolution.
