Since the 21st century,the cultural soft power in the global comprehensive national power competition has increasingly highlighted its important position,becoming an important factor of national comprehensive strength performance.At the same time,the cultural and creative industries in the global rapid development,becoming an important pillar of national economic development.In the background of digital information age,the digital construction of cultural resources becomes the inevitable trend.The combination of traditional culture and design art can effectively protect and develop regional cultural resources,but also find the root of Chinese local design,excavating the local design force,To help the development of China's cultural and creative design industry.This research project comes from the national science and technology support project?The common key technology of the creative product design based on digital and Hunan cultural characteristics?,which is one of the sub-topics of?The creative design public service platform construction based on Huxiang regional culture?.The main purpose of this research is to explore,collect and collate the cultural elements and value symbols with the characteristics of Huxiang region,digitizing and standardizing it,constructing the library of cultural and creative product design of Huxiang culture,forming a typical cultural history,characters,scenery and other comprehensive information expression and storage model,and supporting reuse standards of the cultural creative design knowledge.This design resource library's main target users are designers,trying to allow designers to quickly obtain knowledge of Huxiang culture,providing the necessary resources to design cultural creative products of huxiang.In this paper,We constructed the Digital repository of product design of Hunan culture through the research of target users and cultural creative product design process,analysing of user needs,sorting out the cultural knowledge of Hunan according to the theory of cultural level and the classification of Hunan cultural heritage defined by UNESCO and the classification of National Cultural Tourism Resources,screening out cultural elements that can represent the characteristics of Hunan culture based on design and digitization principle.This paper defines the monomer information of cultural resources from three aspects:cultural knowledge ontology,design interpretation information and digital information,forming the semantic model framework of Hunan cultural resources monomer..With the help of the construction of knowledge ontology,the information of cultural resource is defined,the ontology semantic model framework is established,the principle and digital standard of resource collection of resource library are established,and then the Huxiang cultural and creative product design resource library is constructed.The research about cultural digitalization in this paper is an important topic in the field of design in recent years.This paper focuses on the user research and user needs analysis,the research of combing of Huxiang cultural knowledge system,the method of information classification of digital resource library,the definition of information and the establishment of digital standard.Digital construction has played a key role in the protection of cultural heritage.Digital repository of product design of Hunan culture provides inspiration and material resources to designers as well as reference to other developers who wants to construct design repository of regional culture.The construction of the design repository has made contributions to the revitalization of national creative industries.
