The hydraulic power generation industry in the global energy shortage,upgrading the structure of electric power industry,the construction of smart grid needs under the background of construction of river basin hydropower centralized control center,the numerous river basin hydropower station resource integration,the overall standard of transformation,construction of large data intelligent power production platform,realize the effectiveness of optimization,improve the overall level of protection of electrical safety,has become the new direction of the new period of centralized control hydropower.Many river basin paper covering the Red River Basin,the Yujiang River Basin and the Guijiang river control center platform construction of integrated automation system,put forward the design and method of river basin hydropower centralized control center integrated automation system platform.Focuses on the integrated automation system and platform to control integration platform,integrated watershed remote control monitoring system,water dispatching automation system,basin economic operation system design service system to achieve centralized control hydropower.The structure of hardware and software design of the system,create a business object model,database construction,data acquisition,network communication interface construction,an important part of safety protection measures and linkage intelligent decision and so on,in order to establish the IMC integrated control platform,multi River Joint multi basin remote control system and other business water dispatching automation,watershed economic operation in central control of the integrated automation system platform,to solve the cross regional river,various types of heterogeneous hydropower station automation integration and processing method of daily production business.At the same time,the paper also puts forward some current design of cross regional multi station comprehensive control project of some new ideas for the future,industry related or similar subject for further research and provide reference for future control,and hydropower development trends.
