Due to corrosion of steel,concrete degradation,earthquake and other occasional events,Concrete structure often needs to be repaired.Epoxy resin concrete was widely used in concrete structure reinforcement on account of the characteristics of high strength,good toughness,good bonding properties with concrete,which made up the weakness of low tensile strength and poor crack resistance of concrete.However,the fluidity of epoxy resin was poor under low temperature,and it was difficult to cure,which has a greater impact on the reinforcement construction.The modified MMA resin concrete has good fluidity under low temperature condition and can be quickly cured after construction.In addition,the strength can be improved rapidly,which makes it can be applied to the low temperatureregion of our country.FRP grille is a new type of building materials,with light weight,high strength,corrosion resistance,durability and so on.In this paper,two kinds of resin and FRP grille were studied as follows:1.The protective properties of modified MMA resin under the freeze-thaw cycle of salt were studied by means of salt freeze-thaw cycle test,and compared with epoxy resin.2.The tensile strength and compressive strength of modified MMA resin concrete under normal temperature and low temperature were studied by compressive test.The tensile strength of modified MMA resin concrete under normal temperature was studied by uniaxial tensile test.The tensile strength of modified MMA resin concrete and FRP grille was studied,and finally compared with epoxy resin.3.The interfacial bonding properties between two types of resin concrete and ordinary concrete were studied by the static test of interface strength between modified MMA resin concrete,epoxy concrete and ordinary concrete.4.The reinforcement effect of reinforced concrete beams strengthened with modified MMA resin and FRP grids was studied by the experiment of flexural capacity of five reinforced concrete beams.The reinforcement of reinforced concrete beams was compared with epoxy resin reinforced concrete.Finally,finite element analysis was carried out.In conclusion,the modified MMA resin has the advantages of excellent mechanical properties of epoxy resin,but also can cure at low temperature,which solves the problem that epoxy resin is difficult to be applied in low temperature areas such as northeast area.It is of great significance for low temperature areas such as northeast area.
