Research On Evaluation And Regulation Of Punctual Bus Service In Small And Medium-Sized Cities

Punctual bus service is very important for strategy needs of developing the public transport priority,exploring quality service of bus lines in the city suburban and realizing the transformation of scheduling management model for urban bus enterprise.Research on evaluation and regulation of punctual bus service can provide theoretical basis and decision support for bus companies and government departments.It is an important aspect to realize the public transport priority and improve bus attraction.This paper researches on evaluation and regulation of punctual bus service whose research object is the conventional public transportation in small and medium-sized cities,with the intention of improving punctual bus service and increasing the attraction of public bus service.In combination with the bus reliability of the existing research results,according to the internal and external characteristics of public transport development in small and medium-sized cities,this paper clearly defines the connotation of punctual bus service and an evaluation index system of punctual bus service in small and medium-sized cities and advices of classifying evaluation index are constructed respectively from the travel time analysis,the headway analysis and on-time performance analysis,using statistical analysis method.This paper put forward the major characteristics of the AVL(Automated Vehicle Location)data which can fully support the punctual bus service.The abnormal AVL data is divided into three classes of duplicate data,missing data and error data.And then the identification and correction method is proposed respectively.This paper ecplains the processing steps of using SQL Server database on AVL data to output the required results.This paper evaluates and analysises the punctual service of Route 39 in huzhou comprehensively.Based on the analysis of evaluation results,the factors that influence the punctual bus service are analyzed qualitatively and quantitatively.This paper finds problem sections and puts forward the corresponding improvement measures.Finally,this paper puts forward a hysteresis control model whose objective function is the sum of weighted arriving time error and station delay.Based on monte carlo method and search method,it determines the station site and hysteretic time.In this paper,the effects on the punctual bus service of hysteresis control strategy are verified by the data of Route 39 in huzhou as the prerequisite of the intelligent transportation system.
