During the period of the 13 th Five-Year Plan,China's development stands at a new and higher starting point.It is a basic requirement of the outline of the Plan to comprehensive advance the economical and intensive utilization of energy so that to promote energy revolution.The comprehensive utilization of recycled solid materials from construction garbage is an important aspect of realizing sustainable development and building resource-conservation-oriented and environment-friendly society.Development and application of recycled concrete technology not only can save the natural aggregate resources,but also can reduce environmental pollution from waste concrete,so that it bring the turning point for the recycling and efficient utilization of construction waste materials.According to the Plan,by 2020,urban green building area will have to rise to 50% of the total building area,the plan for whole industry chain of green building shall be implemented,and the green construction ways as well as the energy-conservation-oriented building materials,fabricated and steel structure buildings shall be promoted.Prefabricated building is the green construction way that China vigorously promotes,and the application of recycled concrete to external hanging wallboard of fabricated structure building is combination of energy conservation and emission reduction with green construction.100% based on the above situation,this topic,the coarse aggregate replacement rate and dosage of fly ash were 10%,15%,20%,15%,30% recycled concrete hang wallboard of compressive strength,permeability,thermal performance test,and an analysis of the theoretical calculation of the bending.At the same time,the anti-seepage requirements and thermal performance requirements of the components in the warm and winter heating areas of fujian were studied.1.After test,the design strength grade for the C25,with increasing dosage of fly ash,the compressive strength is reduced,but meet the design requirements,the compressive strength in the process of application can be made of fly ash component liquidity requirements of material selection.It is concluded that the bending strength is far greater than the maximum bending moment required.2.With the increase of fly ash content,the anti-seepage ability of total recycled coarse aggregate concrete declined.15% of fly ash content showed the optimal anti-seepage function.For the external hanging wallboard in non-load-bearing frame structure,30% of fly ash content could meet its basic requirement for seepage prevention.3.With the increase of dosage of fly ash,the thermal conductivity of total recycled coarse aggregate concrete decreased,that is to say,the insulation performance of the wall was improved.An 150 millimeters of wallboard made from total recycled coarse aggregate concrete with 30% of fly ash content could reach the standard for energy saving design in Fujian.
