The sixth railway speeding in April 2007 was a landmark in the history of China railway's development.The opening of Beijing-Tianjin high-speed railway marked the coming of high-speed rail.Up to the end of 2015,the domestic high-speed railway operating length had reached 19,000 kilometers.According to the 13 th five-year plan,the operating length of domestic high-speed railway will reach 30,000 kilometers and cover more than 80% of big cities in China.Therefore,the construction of high-speed railway stations will be the important infrastructure construction field in the next five years.Different from normal housing building,the construction of high-speed railway stations has certain unique characteristics including limited construction time,difficult construction organization,high construction standard,various construction environments,etc.Contractors may be influenced by a variety of uncertain risk factors.To decrease the possibility and loss of those risks,it is extremely important to take effective risk management during the construction period.This thesis will carry on research and analysis on the life-circle risk management of high-speed railway station construction by referring domestic and international risk management experiences.This thesis mainly embodies the following arguments:1.By summarizing the characteristics of high-speed rail station construction and referring to data and experiences of several high-speed rail stations constructed by the writer's company,to carry on risk identification by using case summary method,questionnaire method and “WBS-RBS” method thus make a list of risk factors by further classification,consolidation and screening.2.To carry on comprehensive evaluation on the above risk factors by AHP method by determining weight coefficient,calculating each risk factor's impact on the construction of high-speed rail station,and ranking on the bases of quantitative analysis.3.By taking South Hefei Station which was constructed by the writer's company as an example,to emphasize on the analysis of the five major risk factors and put forward pointed risk reaction measures.This thesis pursues the combination of scientificity and operability and aims to provide theoretical basis and reference examples for risk management in theconstruction of high-speed railway stations.This thesis can help general contractors of high-speed rail stations to establish and perfect risk management system and provide instructions for different levels of managerial personnel to minimize risk cost by risk control and loss reduction.
