Nowadays,global energy consumption is increasing,and the development of green building is becoming more and more important.The key development direction of the construction industry is to reduce the energy consumption of buildings to the lowest level and to the greatest degree of integration with the surrounding environment.At the same time,the Building Information Model is introduced into the green Building,which can further optimize the energy saving design of the building and achieve the goal of building sustainable development.The specific research contents of this paper are as follows:First of all,this paper introduces the theory and application of green building and BIM technology.This paper introduces the general methods and related steps of building modeling in BIM technology,and carries out professional grouping according to different majors.At the same time,the building can be decomposed into multiple unit parts to be modeled separately.Finally,the building model can be modified by collision analysis.In this paper,the advantages of BIM technology collaborative operation are emphasized,and the process of building design stage has obvious optimization and improvement.The building model can be transformed by changing parameters or according to the IFC standard,which provides the data basis for the analysis of green building environment.Secondly,this paper introduces the green building evaluation system of many important countries in China and the world.This paper mainly introduces the basic characteristics of the green building evaluation system in Britain,the United States and China,and points out the differences between green building evaluation standards and other countries.This paper introduces the selection principle and selection method of green building evaluation index.Through the consult of green building evaluation standard in our country,this paper analyzes several architectural environment evaluation index of the national basic evaluation standard,for the building project instance analysis provides the evaluation standard.Finally,this paper selects the actual residential project as the research object.Through BIM software Revit,the project is modeled on the whole project,single building modeling and single-story building.Then BIM building model by changing the parameters of the imported building energy consumption analysis software Ecotect,DEVent2014,Cadna/A,and they can be used to analyze the project’s overall wind environment,sound environment,architectural natural lighting and natural ventilation are analyzed.In this paper,through the whole model of project overall wind environment and the overall sound environment research,through the pavilions architecture model of natural ventilation of buildings were studied,by single building model to study the natural lighting of buildings.This paper fully verifies the reliability and feasibility of the combination of green building and BIM technology.This paper studies the green building environmental performance analysis based on BIM technology,through draw lessons from and absorbing domestic and foreign green building assessment content,methods and actual case,and give full consideration to the green building evaluation system of the correct development direction,this paper proposes a new green building environmental analysis.
