Research On Green Building Evaluation Based Of The BIM Technology

In the process of rapid development in today's society,the problem of the ecological environment is even more serious.Therefore,the proposal of green building is a new architectural theory as a solution to environmental problems.At present,China is also rapidly building urbanization.It is more necessary to actively develop green buildings to solve the previous high energy consumption and high pollution development,and then complete the transformation of the industry.The evaluation of green buildings is also to establish a quantified standard to ensure the green quality of the building and to measure the green performance of a building.Due to the delay in the development of green buildings in China,there are many repetitive workloads and low work efficiency in the evaluation of green buildings.Therefore,BIM should be used as a carrier of information transmission.Ability to classify,save,calculate,and extract models more efficiently;and use current electronic information technologies to enable more efficient delivery and sharing of advanced technologies and ideas.Firstly,the thesis carried out a review of the development situation at home and abroad and related research progress,summed up the connotation and characteristics of green building,and compared the evaluation system with the domestic new and old green building evaluation standards to find out the deficiencies,and then proposed based on BIM technology green building evaluation process.Secondly,many advanced country green building evaluation systems were introduced in the article,and their respective characteristics were compared.Through the reference and review of many of our country's literature,we can understand the criteria of our country's building environment evaluation index.The analysis of the construction project examples provided the basis for evaluation.Finally,this article through a modeling and simulation analysis of the actual construction project,introduced its BIM model into the energy analysis software of the green building,and simulated the sunshine conditions of the project and the indoor and outdoor wind environment.Explains the reliability and feasibility of the green building evaluation system based on BIM technology.
