With the rapid development of high-rise buildings,high speed elevator is getting more and more application.The quality inspection of the high-speed elevator is paid more and more attention by the whole society.On the basis of analyzing the process of the high speed elevator,this paper makes a deep research on the key parts and the test system,and analyzes mechanical property,dynamic and dynamic characteristics of the checking.In view of the problem that there is no special wire stripping tool and the low accuracy of the field data acquisition,the system design scheme is proposed;And in the field check off rope wire rope for high speed elevator speed limiter,the analysis of the system design of speed limiter line speed accurate measurement and automation measurement,Improve the on-site detection speed and accuracy;combined with network communication technology to complete remote monitoring and on-site verification process data.The research work has important significance and application value in the field calibration technology of high speed elevator over speed governor.Combined with more than many years of work experience and the study of the literature,an on-site calibration system for high speed elevator overspeed governor was designed.The main research work includes the following aspects:Stress analysis of over speed governor rope releasing mechanism,the design of efficient rope releasing device.The off-line modular is used to clamp the wire rope by the self-tight clamping rope module which is similar to the elevator safety gear.The hydraulic jack similar to the forklift principle,the lifting rope module and the linkage mechanism fixed on the overspeed composed a whole part.The program of the module is based on the theoretical analysis and calculation,the simulation of actual working by ANSYS and the improving of the existing problem.To study the kinematics and dynamics characteristics of the speed measurement mechanism,and establish the system model,and design the automatic measurement system for the speed of the wire rope.In the speed measuring modular,the single chip microcomputer ARDUINO mega2560 send the initial PWM signal to the motor drive control to accelerate the brushless DC motor until the receipt of the Hall-type proximity switch NJK-5002 C issued a stop instruction.LED digital tube can display action speed,SIM900 A module can also be used to send data to the SMS.ARDUINO language is used to write program.The adaptability of the off-line modular is verified by selecting the typical field test method.The usability of the cable module is verified by the nondestructive testing of wire rope.The function of the speed measuring module is verified by the hardware platform.The accuracy of the data is verified by the comparison test.The program is debugged by ARDUINO1.6.5(IDE).The study proved that the program of the on-site calibration system is feasible,have great potential to form a competitive product.This design combined the advantages of the current methods and instruments.The method of using manpower to separate the wire rope from the governor is put forward to save time on the on-site calibration.
