Research And Application Of Quality Control Of Steel Structure Based On A Bridge

With the development of C hina’s economy and society,the trend of building structure breaking through the traditional form is becoming more and more prominent.The appearance of new and beautiful,unique structure,complex large steel structure has become a new direction of development in the construction industry.The quality management of steel structure engineering in design and construction process has changed from narrow quality inspection to more generalized and comprehensive quality process management.The content of quality management is no longer a single product quality inspection,more abundant connotation makes it include the quality of work in any social organization,the quality of service and so on.China has demonstrated a large number of large steel structures with international influence to the world.At the same time,these steel structures are famous both at home and abroad,and also explain the innovation and breakthrough o f its construction technology in its unique way.Therefore,it is particularly urgent to analyze and discuss the quality management of large steel structure projects.In many large steel structure engineering structures such as bamboo shoots after a spring rain emerged today,I hope my humble can promote the new construction technology from the quality management level is improving,so that the technical level of the whole industry and effectively improve the content of science and technology.This paper analyzes and quantifies the quality management of large steel structure from the following aspects.First,introduces the current situation of development of theory of quality management at home and abroad;through the research of quality management theory,the concept of introduction,summarized several analysis tools of quality management,and puts forward the method of quality evaluation,quality management system management theory.Second,systematically introduces the theory of steel structure engineering quality management;analysis of characteristics of the steel structure,engineering quality management of the causes of difficulties and steel structure engineering quality accidents,and optimization measures of steel structure engineering in the field of quality management.Third,combined with the practice of a bridge steel structure project,this paper introduces the special construction scheme of the steel structure project,and analyzes and studies the whole process of the quality management of the steel structure engineering.Fourth,this paper introduces the actual application of the steel structure quality management system established in this paper,and analyzes the practical application of the quality management work in this part.In this paper,based on the in-depth study of steel structure engineering quality management theory,practice theory will be applied to a bridge steel structure project,is a model of quality management of construction project,it has profound significance for improving construction project quality management level.
