With the rapid development of deck machinery,the competition among ship markets is gradually becoming intense.From structural design to functional analysis,the processes are increasingly diversified and complex.However,the data between the design of different parts and the analysis of the same component is not transmitting timely,and there are the phenomenon of the information island.In view of this problem,this paper takes the “hoisting winch” as the research object,analyzes the performance of the winch under different working conditions from the aspects of structural design,dynamic simulation and finite element analysis.A “digital design system of hoisting winch” is built to achieve the purpose of shortening design cycle,reducing design costs and improving the competitiveness of products.The main research contents are as follows:Firstly,the working environment,working principle and working process of the hoisting winch are analyzed.The idea of parametric modeling is applied to the structural design,and the component model design module branch is built to achieve the purposes of holding model size data,transmitting parameters,checking model sizes and updating model automatically,which provides the design basis for the subsequent simulation and analysis.Secondly,the dynamic simulation of the main moving assemblies of hoisting winch is carried out and the dynamic simulation module branch is built.The module branch calls for the component size parameters in the database,establishes the rigid body model and steel wire cable model by the macro program and exerts the internal force and external load,so as to analyze the internal stress of the steel wire cable and the force on the drum.At the same time,the finite element analysis and modal analysis of the main stress assemblies of hoist winch are also carried out,and the finite element analysis module branch is built.The module branch calls the component size parameters and dynamic parameters in the database,and establishes the component model and assembly model of drum through using user interface design language and parametric design language,to achieve the function of analyzing the stress and deformation.The module branch is to ensure that the winch can be safe and properly work,and the stress does not exceed the yield limit of the material in working condition.Finally,using database technology and integration idea,this paper designs integration interface.A double drum winch is used as an example to illustrate the actual operating process of system.By using the digital and parametric design method,the projection and development process of the hoist winch was discussed from three aspects,such as,structural design,dynamic simulation and static analysis.The digital system is applied in the enterprise to improve the product design quality and enterprise competitiveness.
