Research On Safety Management And Risk Control Of High Rise Building

In recent years, our country formulated the laws and regulations of construction safety management, such as the "construction law", "production safety law", "construction safety management regulations", the construction safety supervision and management regulations ",the construction site management regulations", which promoted the construction industry safety management work of construction forward strong and improved the construction safety management level greatly. However, the construction industry is an industry with high accident rate. Because of the long construction process, high floors, personnel concentration,construction technology and other characteristics in the high rise building construction,the security risk is inevitable. At the same time, based on the analysis of high-rise building construction enterprise specific safety management and risk control measures, construction company widespread security risk management system is not perfect, lack of safety management and supervision, lack of safety risk management culture construction, safety management cost investment insufficient, mechanical equipment exists security risks, safety education work is not in place and so on.
