Electric power is the basic element for the national economic development,in order to meet the needs of social development and promote economic development,the State Grid Corporation of China has increased investment to the construction projects of the domestic power stations,including the new,expanding and technical renovation projects of the power stations.The power station has played a vital role in the electrical system,it accept and electric power distribution,control and adjustment to the current voltage power facilities.The Zy power station is located in the Mudanjiang main stream of Linkou County in Heilongjiang Province,one of the downstream Cascade hydropower stations in Mudanjiang city.The expansion and restructured project of ZY power station is beneficial to the safety operation of the station,it will ensures that the hydropower resources on the Mudanjiang river basin is well utilized,and boost economic development in the region.The project has high value in the in economic,social and ecological etc.,it can increase the economic benefits of the enterprise,eliminate the hidden dangerous element,conducive to the development of people's livelihood.But the construction environment of the project is complex,and but the construction technique is very difficult.Achieving the management goals of the project requires solving many problems and difficulties.In this paper,the expansion and restructured project of ZY power station is taken as the research object,firstly,the status of the schedule management of the project is analyzed,and the main problems in schedule management has been put forward.The paper has improved and refined the schedule of the expansion and restructured project of ZY power station by using the methods of WBS,PERT,and network planning,and improve the schedule control mechanism of the project,including the implementation of the main responsibility of schedule management,making the development of progress control measures,monitoring project progress,to ensure the realization of the schedule management objectives of the project.At first,the paper introduces the basic situation of the project,analyzes the status of schedule management of the project,and puts forward the main problems of project schedule management.According to the main content and implementation process of the project construction,the paper decompose the project's overall work to many units of work,implement the schedule management responsibility to the specific work tasks,refine and improve the project schedule plan,and compile the schedule network diagram of the project.According to the actual construction environment of the project,the main process and measures of project schedule control are established.On this basis,the paper establishes the progress monitoring mechanism of the project,monitoring the schedule of the project during the implementation of the project,using earned value method to compare and analyze the deviation of the project schedule,and updating the schedule of the follow-up work according to the requirement of the duration,so as to effectively improve the effectiveness of the schedule control.Finally,a series of guarantee measurements has been set down to insure the successful enforcement of the schedule control of the expansion and restructured project of ZY power station,including resources safeguard measure,institutional safeguard measure,technical safeguard measure and so on,to avoid the lack of necessary support for the schedule management,or reduce the implementation effect.
