As the most important part of business,Logistics industry is to be the new profit growth for the development trend of intelligent when the market for the traditional industries has been saturated.With the artificial intelligence technology,mobile intemet technology and internet of things technology,we are able to achieve the goal of fastest,lowest-cost and most profitable with the more efficient management.In order to improve operational efficiency and develop the system warehouse intelligent scheduling,this paper analyzes several key problems in the stored procedure of classified-goods.The major content of this paper includes some following aspects:Goods should be classified before storing.All of weight,fragile degree,frequency of access are used to classify the goods as the key factors.In order to solve the problem of disorganized storage and improve operational efficiency,we divide the shelf logically into several different areas.And the key step is to make the quantity of each department near the number of how many it needs.This paper use the weights methods to evaluation the influence on storage location assignment of efficiency,dispersion and weights to build the mathematical model.And then,we use adaptive immunity genetic algorithm to solve the problem.Rule-based genetic-algorithm is designned to solve the circular orbit RGV(rail guided vehicles)scheduling problem of worst performing and inefficient scheduling.The development of warehouse intelligent scheduling system is introduced in this part.The system is developed on VS2010 and Qt on the base of system requirement.
