It is an innovative organization of the offset negative radius roller follower disc cam with floating push rod,which is considered to has the ablity of strong carrying,high transmission efficiency,and can precisely realize expected movement forms.This organization is suitable for high-speed operation conditions,besides,its signifi-cantly superior performance makes it able to adapt to the complexity and variability of modern engineering,these advantages make this organization has a broad prospect of engineering application.Based on offset negative radius roller follower disc cam with floating push rod:establish object the size of comprehensive performance evaluation index and give full sizeparameters of the system;Based on the constraints,this paper proposes sets up a systematic and indepth comprehensive theory and method of institutional dimension synthesis,which can solves the optimal size of the object mechanism and completes the theoreticcal design of the object mechanism.The 3D model of virtual prototype was established through Pro/E and ADAMS,Then the motion simulation was carried out,which is verify the feasibility of the theoretical design and the correctness of the comprehensive theory.According to simulation results of the virtual prototype to select the appropriate sensor,data acquisition card and PXI system,then design and combination the experimental platform of LabVIEW which can be used to gather signals of angular displacement,angular velocity and An-gle acceleration from the study subject.The design of the object mechanism is complete through the three parts of theoretical design,simulation test and prototype experiment,then pushed forward the engineering application of offset negative radius roller follower disc cam with floating push rod.
