Loss of Control In-Flight(LOC-I)due to Upset has become the principal causes of commercial transport aircraft accidents,and the consequence is always catastrophic.International Air Transport Association(IATA)ranks LOC-I as the highest priority in the six security strategies for promoting civil aviation safety.In order to prevent the upset and recover the condition,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to carry out research on the training of UPRT and evaluation procedure.This paper relies on the CAAC Security Capability Project “Construction of Training System for Preventing and Recovery Upset”(project number: AS2016-11).According to some research ideas such as pilots how to prevent upset,how to deal with upset and how to avoid LOC-I accidents,this paper developed training and assessment procedures.It could improve pilots’ core ability to deal with upset.It mainly includes the following parts:(1)Training Needs Analysis.On the basis of interviews and literature analysis,the HTA was used to analyze the work typical scene of upset.Through two rounds of questionnaire surveys,the results of degree of importance,frequency,degree of difficulty of preventing and resolving upset decomposition tasks under typical scenarios were obtained.According to the importance,frequency and difficulty of the task to determine the training priority of the task,this result can be used as a basis for curriculum development and provide training focus for the instructor.(2)Capability Needs Analysis.According to the results of job analysis,through the literature research,interviews and other methods,41 pilots’ competencies metrics that needed to prevent and recovery upset were screened and divided into four dimensions: knowledge,skills,cognitive ability and professional comprehensive literacy.Last,through the Competency indicator was selected by the first round of questionnaires and the correctness of the dimensionality division was verified by the second round of questionnaires.Finally,a model for the prevention and recovery of upset competency was built that included 24 indexes of four dimensions.(3)UPRT training program research.Based on the competency model and the basic idea of curriculum design based on ability improvement,UPRT training content and methods were developed.Attitude training scenarios and training scenarios based on predisposing factors are developed for simulator training.And developed a training program development process to make training subjects more scientific and efficient.(4)Evaluation program of UPRT training effect’s Research.Firstly,the Kirkpatrick Model is used as the basic framework,and the evaluation scheme suitable for the training of upset is designed from the reaction,the learning,the behavior and the result.Secondly,in order to reduce the subjectivity of behavioral assessment,a pilot UPRT simulator training evaluation table was designed based on the competency model.Finally,the BOOM evaluation in the ATC system was transplanted into the assessment of the effects of upset training.It provided an effective training effect assessment tool and evaluation criteria for the UPRT instructor.(5)Design and implementation of E-learning system.Based on the Jeesite rapid development platform,the program is written in Java language,the B/S system architecture is built,the background MySQL database is connected,and the UPRT online learning system is developed.The UPRT theory learning,case studies,online testing,questionnaires,feedback,learning data download and other functions can be realized.Have reduced UPRT training costs and enhanced training efficiency.
