In order to improve the efficiency of MHEC's rotary compressor assembly line,improve the assembly line beat of production with the least investment,and solve the bottleneck points caused by line body process problems and quality problems,this paper studies the line balance of M company's rotary compressor assembly line,solves the process quality problems,improves the line body balance rate,and explores a set of methods to improve the line balance of rotary compressor.The main contents include:Optimization of final assemb ly line.The layout of the whole assembly line is optimized by using the process flow analysis method,a new process layout chart is drawn up,and a new process method is adopted to improve the bottleneck points of the existing process problems and quality problems.Study on the time of assembly line body.Mod analysis method is used for manual positions to determine the basic operation time of the whole process,and ST standard time method is used to sort out the standard time of each process of the whole line and find out the bottleneck process of the whole line.The " ecrs" of mod analysis method is used to optimize the bottleneck process actions,and the robot positions are optimized by robot path and program,thus reducing the robot action travel and improving the bottleneck process beat.Balance analysis of assembly line.The layout optimization of the assembly line body and the time study of the line body are adopted to optimize and adjust the line body layout and equipment,and the concept of bala nce ratio is used to carry out the final analysis before and after the improvement.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:M company adopts this analysis mode,with a small amount of investment,the efficiency of the production line has bee n rapidly improved,the beat of the assembly line has decreased from 16.1 s to 11.8 s,and the per capita hourly output of standard production capacity has increased from 222 PCs to 300 PCs,thus reducing the production cost.Forming a rapid analysis mode of line balance in production line for large-scale production of similar rotary compressors;Step 1: adopt the process flow analysis method to formulate the optimal production layout and solve the problems existing in the quality process;Step 2: using standard time to determine the basic data benchmark for analysis;Step 3: mod method,capacity balance analysis,automation,technological innovation and other methods are adopted to break through the bottleneck of the production line,improve the overall beat and efficiency,and adopt standard time to quantitatively evaluate the improvement effect.
