This thesis selects the currently domestic famous auto interior parts enterprise YF,its JQ plant,as the object of study.The study is about when its customers continue to launch new models of the new configuration cases,when YFJQ cannot reach the KPI in the balance score card,how YFJQ keep moving with lean production theory to eliminate the waste,to improve their own competitiveness and reach the goals finally.In this paper,it is through the analysis of the internal and external down time data and the time utilization rate,this paper discusses various measures to reduce the down time,and increase the utilization rate.The first way is the information exchange mode between YFJQ and SGM,the client buffer number on the sky bridge will affect YFJQ production,it shows that the customer needs to maintain the bridge buffer number no less than 24,in order to keep YFJQ for normal supply.The second,after analyze the down time due to the internal logistics process,flexible arrangement,points out that error proofing management,standardized operation,fast response t,to reduce the internal quality waste,cycle time and waiting waste.Summary in all,the author believes that improving the level of production management is an important way to supply the goods on time. |
