There are a large number of buildings built from 70 s to 90 s in villages and towns in our country.These buildings have a certain historical significance,but far from reaching the rank of civil insurance.In the urban development,most of them adopt the method of demolition and relocation,resulting in a large amount of waste.Some of the buildings still in use could not meet today's social needs because of the low construction standards.The disposal of this kind of buildings makes it seem wasteful to demolish and protect the buildings according to the history,and makes a fuss over a mountain out of a molehill.From the point of view of the continuation and sustainable development of urban historical features,it is urgent to explore the low-cost(economic,technological)transformation mode suitable for this kind of large-scale architectural exploration.Practical significance and practical value.This design research selects this kind of old building common type-multi-story brick concrete building to carry on the transformation design research,in order to this kind of building low cost transformation way exploration,has the contribution.The design takes three old buildings in Jiangyin area as the carrier,and designs a three-story red brick concrete building in detail,so as to study the method of rebuilding and renewing the load-bearing structure system of brick walls in ordinary villages and towns.In view of the load-bearing building of multi-story hollow prefabricated brick wall in the 1970s and 1980s,how to update the building system effectively to meet the new social needs is the problem that this design research faces.It will begin with the following:Modification of structural system 4 improvement of thermal performance 3 function replacement 3 renewal of structural system 5 renewal of equipment system.On the basis of the research on structural transformation and building function replacement,the structural system and thermal performance are further explored.Thus,the formation of the old building a more comprehensive renovation design research.The whole research design is divided into four parts:site investigation,reconstruction system research,architectural reconstruction scheme design and project expression.
