Today China's civil aviation industry continued rapid growth,flights are frequently congestion in the approach control area,which has brought great challenge to ATCer's control command work.How to evaluate the control efficiency of controllers and quantitative controllers work status scientifically has become the main topic of the ATM researches.The research of the efficiency evaluation of radar control in the approach control area is lack of objective and quantitative evaluation methods and theories at home and abroad,which are unable to properly evaluate the relationship between the elements flight control work and other elements such as flight flow,airspace structure,flight control mode and so on,so the research has important theoretical and realistic significance.For standing out the research subject,this article core combines to the theory research and the key technology research on the evaluation of approach radar control efficiency,the radar control efficiency evaluation model based on aircraft flight path is emphasis on.In theoretical research part,the paper mainly revolved around the definition of the radar control efficiency,radar control approach was introduced in detail,the paper in-depth analyzed dynamic influence factors to the efficiency of the radar control,and clarified the relationship between each affecting factors,to the efficiency of related concept of the differences and relations as the breakthrough point,to lay the foundation key on the technology research of approach radar control efficiency assessment.In key technology research part,firstly,the paper used the computer aided method to extract and process the aircraft track data,traversed the aircraft flight track,designed method of linear fitting method of the simulation output aircraft flight path.Through the analysis of the influence of the Angle threshold on the historical flight path,the paper extracted the historical flight path that conforms to the actual radar guidance and control habits.The paper parsed the turning point of aircraft flight path,height change,speed and heading changes etc.,to identify the controller's radar guidance and discuss the rationality and validity of the control instruction and form the mathematical model that used the actual trajectory data to evaluate approach airspace radar control efficiency,and present the efficiency evaluation of quantitative results.Secondly,the paper performed the method research on radar controlefficiency of classifying,proposed the introduction of optimization objective function K-means clustering method to evaluate deep learning samples,eventually got radar control efficiency evaluation grading,that the control efficiency of dynamic influence factors as the eigenvalues of the clustering learning algorithm input.Finally the radar control efficiency of the evaluation model was the empirical application with the example of Chengdu approach control area of historical monitoring data,the results showed that the article established the radar control efficiency evaluation model refinement and feasibility evaluation method was higher.The radar control efficiency clustering classification method based on k-means can realistically reflect the correlation between radar control efficiency and various influencing factors,and the classification method is simple and intuitive.
