There are many multiple routes converged in terminal areas, with the characteristic of narrow airspace, complex structures and difficult operation.Multi-airport terminal areas include more than two airports. So these problems are more serious in multi-airport terminal areas.Airspace may be congested.Extensive flight may be delayed. These problems Seriously affect the operation efficiency of the multi-airport terminal areas. In order to solve these problems,we sequence collaboratively for arrival and departure airlines. In regard to these problems, the research begins with the conclusion of existing research achievements on related aspects, given the definition of multi-airport terminal areas, profiled the situation and the basic elements of multi-airport terminal areas, given the problems what happened in multi-airport terminal areas.Combined with the actual situation in Chengdu terminal areas, this paper profiled the location, runway structure and traffic control operation model of two airports.Predicted the air traffic flow of Chengdu areas. Then profiled the FCFS method.Established a collaborative sequencing model for arrival and departure airlines with some constraints. Then use genetic algorithm to solve the model.Combined with the actual situation in Chengdu terminal areas, add a new constraint in order to build a new method to sequence arrival and departure airlines. Finally, use an actual example to run the three methods which had been told in the paper, and the result has testified the coordinated sequencing model for arrival and departure airlines and new method are practical and valid.
