In today’s economically developed countries,the fabricated concrete building structure is an important development direction of building industrialization.it can obviously shorten the construction period,save cost,improve engineering quality,save energy,reduce the generation of construction waste and reduce energy consumption.At present,with the rapid development of our national economy and the rapid development of the construction industry,the construction industry and other industries are actively carrying out the reform of industrial technology.In the trend of the development of building industrialization,prefabricated concrete buildings conform to the trend of industrialization coruscate vitality.At present,the theoretical research of foamed concrete composite plate under horizontal load has achieved certain results,but it is still in the early stage,such as the internal reinforcement of foamed concrete composite plate,the number of reinforcement and the mechanical properties of foamed concrete composite plate and beam-column frame work together,these factors need further study on the mechanical properties of foamed concrete composite plate under horizontal load.According to the feasibility of prefabricated foam concrete wallboard structure in practical application,based on the simulation data,this paper analyzes the influence of the change of diagonal steel bar diameter of foam concrete wallboard on the board resistance to horizontal load,and finds out the relationship between the optimal diagonal steel bar diameter and distributed steel bar.According to the feasibility of the prefabricated foam concrete wallboard structure in practical application,the inclined reinforcing cage is added under the premise that the foam concrete composite board is reinforced according to the shear wall.Based on the simulation data,this paper analyzes the influence of the foam concrete wall panel on the resistance to horizontal load when the inclined steel bar diameter changes.in this paper,the finite element simulation software ABAQUS is used to obtain the various mechanical properties of the composite panel when the inclined steel bar diameter changes,and the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve and stiffness degradation curve are obtained.The mechanical characteristics,horizontal load resistance and deformation resistance of composite plates under low cyclic loading are analyzed.The research shows that changing the diagonal steel bar diameter of the foam concrete composite board can change the mechanical characteristics of the board and has a great influence on the stiffness of the board.the foam concrete composite board can be used as a stress component when working together with the frame,and the component is used in the frame structure to improve the mechanical performance of the structure.The rigidity of the foam concrete composite board can be adjusted by changing the diameter of the inclined reinforcing steel bar so as to influence the rigidity of the whole structure and realize the purpose of adjusting the rigidity of the structure.In this paper,through the study of different inclined steel bar diameter plate,improve the ability of foam concrete composite board in different reinforcement situation to resist horizontal load,provide a theoretical basis for the foam concrete composite board in practical engineering application.
