With all kinds of machines being widely used in various occasions,the working state inspection of mechanical system is more and more various.On the one hand,the limitation of traditional static strain gauge and wired transmission mode are emerged.On the other hand,the microcomputer has gradually become the core of the measurement and control system.Therefore,it's the trend to realize the strain meter for wireless communication.A multi-channel wireless strain monitoring system is designed in this paper which based on the principle of miniaturization and portability,and its key technologies are studied and simulated.Firstly,the hardware circuit of the wireless monitoring system is designed in details:through analyzing operating principle of the resistance strain gauge and the measuring bridge,the influence factors are determined and the error formula is deduced so as to choose the most suitable and preferable circuit;then designing circuit by comparing the advantages and disadvantages of different order amplifying circuit and filter circuit and selecting component of the integrated operational amplifier,and then conducting simulation analysis by NI Multisim software in order to choose the right chip as the controller of the whole system,using the new type of HC-05 chip to realize the wireless transmission of system data,designing the display circuit of LCD 1602,simplifying single and double power conversion circuit.Secondly,using Arduino software to program the signal processing between the measurement terminal and the display terminal,and designing the PCB board by Altium Designer software,so as to minimize volume of the system as much as possible.Finally,the feasibility and reliability of the wireless strain monitoring system are verified by the static strain measurement and strain test experiment of rotating component.
