Since the development of urban rail transit in China,the demand for subway customers in China has shown a trend of scale and customization.At present,the R & D and production model of the subway bogies is difficult to meet the requirements of mass customization.The core problem that needs to be solved in mass customization is to meet the diversified needs of the customers while maintaining the economic efficiency of the enterprise and building a modular product platform is an effective way to solve the above problems.Based on research projects and enterprise needs,this paper studies the design method of bogie modular product platform.The main contents of this paper are as follows:(1)This paper analyzed the functional structural characteristics and modules of the subway bogie,discussed the R&D characteristics and insufficiency of existing bogie products;then gave the definition of modular product platform,the strategy of product rapid design based on module product platform,and discussed the related advantages of it;and then made the technical route for the design of bogie modular product platform.(2)The technology of module type recognition was studied.In view of the lack of consideration of the impact of module change on the manufacturing process in the existing module type recognition research,which led to the high cost risk in identifying the type of module.On the basis of the existing research,this paper further analyzed the module manufacturing process which may be affected by the module change.Risk assessment is used to evaluate the cost risk caused by the change of module.By identifying the modules with higher changes in cost risk as a general module,the cost increase will be caused by avoiding the change of the module manufacturing process.(3)The design method of generic module for product platform was studied.This paper discussed the design flow of the general module,and focused on the design method of the new general module instance.In this paper,the design problem of a new general module was defined as the optimization design problem of module cost and module performance.The cost modeling method of the bogie module was studied,and the genetic algorithm was used to solve the problem of the new general module case design.(4)The design method of differentiation module for product platform was studied.This paper discussed the design process of the differential module,and focused on the design method of the new differentiated module instance.First,used the method of isometric or isometric series to plan the differential module series,and then used the regression analysis method to determine the influence degree of the module design parameters on the module performance,and solidified the parameters with lower degree of influence into fixed parameters,improve the universality in the differential module,and plan the parameter value of the module.In the end,the candidate example set of the differential module was formed,and the genetic algorithm was used to optimize the example of the dissimilation module from the candidate instance set,and formed the example set of the product platform differential module.(5)Based on the research results of the modular product platform design method mentioned above,proposed the basic framework and work flow of the modular product platform system for the metro bogie,and developed a prototype system for the product platform of modular metro bogie.
