With the formal implementation of the "Code for the seismic design of mechanical and electrical equipment",the electromechanical equipment in the scope of fortification intensity must be designed for earthquake resistance.As an important part of the electromechanical system,the seismic bracket and hanger system can effectively reduce or prevent the damage of electromechanical equipments caused by earthquakes.At present,the installation of seismic brackets and hangers is mainly done manually,and the degree of its automation is low,which seriously affects the project schedule.Therefore,based on the research of graphic recognition methods,a plug-in system is developed integrated in the AutoCAD platform,which can effectively achieve the automatic design of seismics brackets and hangers.The main research contents of this paper are as follows.Firstly,the method of integrating the design of the seismic brackets and hangers in the AutoCAD platform using development tool C#.NET is studied.By analyzing the object structure of AutoCAD API,the interaction method between plug-in system and AutoCAD is investigated.The design of the overall scheme of the system is discussed,and the design of the SQL Server database structure is completed accordingly.Secondly,by analyzing the data objects of the plan of the wind-pipe seismic bracket and hanger system,the relevant API functions are used to explore the effective information extraction method.Combining with clustering analysis idea,the redundant data is merged and normalized.Combining with the actual structure of the main body of the wind pipe,a graphic segmentation method based on the flange line is proposed to divide the wind pipe into a single closed graph.Based on the principle of matching pattern recognition,a matching pattern recognition method based on point feature coding and line feature coding is innovatively proposed.A pattern matching library is created,and a pattern evaluation method is designed to realize automatic identification of pipelines.An occlusion processing method based on the invariance of the micro segment curvature at the occlusion is proposed,by statistically analyzing some feature points or feature line occlusion events.According to the application technology of seismic brackets and hangers and database management technology,the automated deployment,seismic check and node map drawing of the wind pipe seismic brackets and hangers are completed.Using Word and Excel operating functions,the automatic generation method of calculation books and quotation lists is discussed.Finally,by inquiring related size driver through the SQL Server database,the parametric drawing of two dimensional graphics of various pipeline objects is realized.The design principles and automatic design methods based on the relative positions and the envelope rectangle of the pipeline are proposed by studying the specific conditions of the pipeline objects supported by the integrated seismic brackets and hangers.According to the uncertainty of the type,size,number,and position of the pipelines supported on the beams of the seismic brackets and hangers,a calculation method is proposed to split the concentrated forces and uniform forces on two simply supported beams and superimpose the calculated results,to achieve accurate check of beams.The seismic bracket and hanger plug-in developed in this paper is integrated into the AutoCAD platform.It can complete the automatic design of the seismic support of the wind pipe and the auxiliary design of the comprehensive seismic brackets and hangers,which effectively improves the design efficiency of seismic brackets and hangers.
