The Optimization Design Of Alarm Signal In Zhuhai Power Grid Dispatch Monitoring System

Zhuhai power grid dispatch monitoring system is using the DF8003 system,which is monitoring the alarm signal from 61 substations in regional power grid.The alarm signal which from normal operation,accident,unit exception,beyond the limit of substation display in the alarm windows of the DF8003 system,send an alarm sound at the same time to make the dispatch monitoring engineer confirming and processing.The dispatch monitoring engineers have been long suffered by the interference signals.These types of interference signals will delay the processing of normal fault signal,and make the engineer missing the key signals possibly,therefore,it may cause the fault of power system cannot be in charge in time.The classification of alarm signal in the DF8003 system is not obvious.It can be happened that the dispatch monitoring engineers will make the wrong judgment and be reduced the monitoring efficiency.With the society attention level of power quality is increasing,however,the alarm signals of voltage in DF8003 system is often not easy to be found.As a result,the voltage eligibility rate is often not up to standard.The dispatch-monitoring system has not fully meet the normal monitoring conditions.It is necessary to further put forward the optimization of the alarm signal,improve the monitoring efficiency and voltage eligibility rate,also reduce the risk of power grid.Therefore,this thesis will analyse the problems of alarm signals in the Zhuhai power grid dispatch-monitor system,and research the optimization design of these problems.According to the cases about the transformer fault and busbar faults of substation,the application effect of these programs will be revealed.After optimizing the system,some key signals from a large number of original alarm signals will be screened,therefore,the work efficiency of engineers will be increase.
