Research On The Green System Design Of Express Package

With the development of online shopping,the resources waste problem of packing continuously emerging on the process of online shopping,and people hope there will be a green express package for online shopping.The Research on the express package and recycling system design can reduce the environmental pollution and resource waste fundamentally,cause some pollution caused by the the express package and It's fillers.There are three main types of delivery packaging namly 1?plastic bag,2?corrugated box packaging,3?the envelope/Leather bag.The corrugated box should be given more attention because It's consumption huge and cause more resource problem.So this paper focusing on the design of corrugated paper box.Firstly,we determined the system function requirement of green express package and it's recycling system,according to the analysis about the behavior of consumers and courier,and other relevant factors.Then begin to design according to the needs of these functions.This paper mainly consists of three parts,the first part describes the research background and significance;the second part introduces the basic concepts;The third part is the design process,mainly divides into four sections: 1.The exploration stage——determine the scope of the design through observation and study,2,study phase——determine the functional requirement of design(FR)and the design parameter(DP);3,begin to design according to FR and DP;4,choose the optimal solution by axiomatic design.This paper researches using a variety of methods,including Literature review method,observation method,the user interviews etc.to provide the basis for the study of the express package and recycling system design...
