Research On Application Of Humanized Design Theory In Appearance Design Of AGV

In modern society,humanization design theory gets more and more attention.The people oriented design idea becomes the mainstream of design.It has become an important problem for product design to give full consideration to the physical and psychological factor of the operator.AGV carrier loader(AGV is shorted for Automated Guided Vehicle in English.It means automatic guiding transportation vehicle.It refers to the automatic guiding device which is equipped with electromagnetism or optics and others.It can be driven along the specified guiding road.It is a transportation vehicle which has the safety protection function and various kinds of removal loading function.)is an important logistics equipment of automation warehousing industry.In the near future,it will be widely applied to all walks of life.The operator will also not only be satisfied by the basic using function.The operator will have higher requirement for the safety,aesthetic nature,usability and environmental protection property of AGV carrier loader.In short,the operator's humanization requirement for the appearance design of AGV carrier loader is becoming higher and higher.This thesis firstly conducts brief analysis for AGV carrier loader and its operating principle.Then it elicits the thinking for humanization design of the appearance of AGV carrier loader under the analysis of the need layer of humanization design and obtains the problem of humanization design of existing AGV carrier loader;Secondly,through the analysis of use-level requirement,cognitive level requirement and affective level requirement of humanization design for AGV carrier loader and the deep analysis for the service environment and man-machine engineering of AGV carrier loader,this thesis obtains the demand location of humanization design of AGV carrier loader;Finally,the specific appearance design practice is conducted for AGV carrier loader so that AGV carrier loader not only has using function.It embodies the humanization design sufficiently in each aspect of product appearance.More milk of human kindness is given to AGV carrier loader.The operator can feel more convenient,safer and more delighted at the time of operating.The product really achieved the purpose of “understanding the heart of people ”.It meets the requirement of people and embodies the “ people oriented ”humanization design idea.Through the study of the appearance design of AGV carrier loader,this thesis further proves the importance of humanization design theory in the process of product design.This thesis also conducts analysis and research for the appearance of AGV carrier loader,thestructure and other design defects and the characteristic of being not human of the using.The obtained conclusion is applied to the design with the hope that it can be of certain reference value for the appearance design of AGV carrier loader.
