At present,there are obvious deficiencies in the efficiency,speed,environmental adaptability and safety of the local meter reading in the current smart power grid information collection system.Among them,the RS485 technology has the problems of complicated wiring,high construction maintenance costs in the local meter reading,and the infrared interface has the problems of being susceptible to light interference,low transmission rate,long reading time,and operating distance.Resident users can't automatically read near-field data from home appliances.In response to the above problems and requirements,this paper proposed a technical solution that Bluetooth technology is used to replace RS485 technology for local meter reading,and smart phone reading software is used to check the meter data through Bluetooth communication.Firstly,the circuit of the collector and the smart meter was modified.The built-in Bluetooth communication module was set as the master-slave module,replacing RS485 communication in the existing smart meter.In order to collect the Bluetooth slave module data of the meter in an orderly manner,this paper designed a message queue-based algorithm to schedule the data collection process between the master and slave modules,and uses the Fork function to regard the master process as the scheduling process.The slave process acts as a task processing process.The master process acquires several tasks that need to be run according to the task rules transmitted from the foreground and distributes them to each child process to run.Then the DL/T 645-2007 protocol was designed to turn to the object-oriented communication protocol and the inter-process communication protocol was improved.In view of the problems existing in the EO encryptionalgorithm currently used by Bluetooth,this paper used the DES encryption algorithm to replace the EO algorithm,and carries out a test simulation.Then a simple mobile phone APP was designed to carry out the user's near-field meter reading.The overall logic of the meter reading program was presented in the form of a flow chart.The main meter reading software interface was presented.The Bluetooth device settings in the user's mobile phone meter reading software were set.Into the main module,the Bluetooth module of the meter is set as a slave module,and data is searched,authorized,and read so as to realize effective interaction between the user and the meter.In the end,two kinds of test schemes,indoor single module test and on-site multi-module interconnection experiment,were adopted to verify.The measured data were accurate and reliable,the equipment was simple to install and the maintenance cost was low.And we finally got the ideal results.This technical scheme makes that the end meter reading of the power information acquisition system have a certain improvement in the environment adaptation intensity,the meter reading rate,the accuracy,the humanized interaction and so on.
