The Design Of Integration Elevator Controller

The elevator is necessary travel tools of life,These years the whole country has happened many elevator accidents,caused unnecessary personnel casualties,which raised people`s attention to problems in the controlling of elevator.With the development of science and technology,the people try to integrate the logical instructions controlling and the tractor frequency conversion driving controlling,make the two parts into a limited physical space,which is the meaning of the integration.In this paper the integration elevator controller include controlling PCB and Driving PCB,the two PCBs are connected by winding displacement,the controlling PCB contains DSP chip TMS320F2812 unit,ARM chip NXP LPC2388FBD144 unit,dual port static RAM unit,reference power supply protection circuit,current detection circuit,on-off input circuit,on-off output circuit,high speed CAN transceiver circuit,encoder counting circuit,RS485 communication interface circuit,SPI keyboard input circuit.Ethernet interface circuit etc.The driving PCB contains power supply circuit,three-phase alternating current input circuit,three-phase alternating current output circuit,rectification circuit,inverter circuit,brake resistance interface circuit,cooling fan circuit,overvoltage protect circuit,undervoltage protect circuit,IGBT unit overvoltage protect circuit,tractor overheated protect circuit.Software includes ARM chip procedure words and DSP chip procedure words,ARM chip accomplishes the controlling of elevator operational order,the procedure words contain initialization module,run pause stop module,faulty module,normal working module,on-off input module etc.DSP chip accomplishes the controlling of tractor frequency conversion driving,the procedure words contain initialization module,speed calculation module,voltage vector decoupling,flux oriented module,speed adjustment module,engender SVPWM on-off signal module etc.After testing,the integration elevator controller can make the operation indicators of elevator well,the result also meets national standards,the passenger comfort is well,the controlling system is safety,the result illustrates that the paper has application value.
