Study On The Quota Of Coal-mining Area Of Xinjiang Highway

Xinjiang has abundant coal resources,and the area of goaf is one of the highest in the country.With the rapid development of highway construction in xinjiang,many roads are inevitably set up on the surface of coal mine.Current coal mine goaf in treatment of highway engineering project valuation basis is less,this study according to the ministry of transport highway engineering budget quota compiled by the conventional method,in the xinjiang urumqi city highway(eastern)based on engineering project gab area,construction technology and construction methods of regulation project site investigation,reasonable division of norm project,the subtitle,field collection and the labor,material,machine consumption data,such as key research artificial separation coefficient,drilling machinery,eventually,by sorting out and analyzing of xinjiang highway engineering coal mine goaf quota.According to the research results of the quota,the analysis of horizontal and vertical comparisons is carried out to check the rationality of the quota level.Coal mine goaf quota,by studying the establishment of xinjiang highway engineering for reasonable and effective control of xinjiang highway coal mine goaf treatment provided the scientific basis of engineering cost,effectively make up for the xinjiang region in the absence of the project valuation basis.The preliminary determination of the construction technology and construction method of the treatment of highway coal mine in xinjiang is to provide reference for the other provinces in the country.
