Water Quota Identification Of Dalian Typical Industries

Water resources not only deeply affects people’s lives, is also an integral part of development and social development planning consideration,Dalian is a serious shortage of water resources city, strengthen the water quota system, improve the efficiency of water is the inevitable choice of sustainable development in dalian. In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the existing water use quota formulation method, according to the key industries in dalian existing information to determine the key industries in dalian in the use of water quota. With analogy coefficient adjustment method and index of half structural identification method to determine the water quota of product, and two kinds of methods synthetically finishing the final result, worked out in conformity with the current water level of the industry in the use of water quota in dalian, solves the relative lag in dalian water quota and the contradiction of water level, it is helpful for the promote water conservation work.The main content of this paper is written as follows:(1) This paper analyze the water problems in our country and Dalian.(2) This paper explain the main methods of formulation of industrial water quota.(3) This paper analyze the existing industrial water quota in Dalian and compare the industrial water quota with Shenzhen and Beijing to discuss the differences between different industrials for the water using levels.(4) On the basis of vertical and horizontal analysis, this paper formulate the proper methods of industrial water quota to adapt the utilization of water level in Dalian and give actionable results.(5) This paper put forward the direction of further efforts to this project.
