Research On The Establishment Methods Of Jilin Green Building Quota

Engineering quota is the indispensable valuation basis in the process of cost control and market trading for the engineering construction. With the rapid development of green building in China, the original architecture and decoration quota, installation engineering quota will no longer be completely suitable as a basis for the green building valuation, and people need to establish a set of suitable engineering cost quota for green buildings. The green building quota of Jilin Province is not complete now, and it can not adapt to the current demand for the development of green building industry. At the same time, with the improving of the factors such as social productivity, the original quota establishment methods need to be improved, so as to adapt to the speed of the green building development and requirements. So this article mainly study the establishment methods of the green building quota of Jilin Province, and it can better serve the green building project,making the green building quota more objective and reasonable.Combining the green building quota in the current research of home and abroad,analyzes the necessity of establishment of green building quota in Jilin Province.Then comparing the green building quota with the original quota, this paper describes their similarities and differences, analysis the green building quota should have its own features. Then based in the introduction of the establishment steps of green building quota and problems should be paid attention to by every step,this paper transitions to the specific discussion on quota establishment methods of green building. First, from the division method of green building quota projects star, this paper qualitative analyses the division principles and methods of the branch sub-item projects and quota projects, and quantitative divides the quota items by the analysis of variance, making the division of quota items to consider the more comprehensive.Second, the traditional data collection methods integrated use for the field data collected. At last, the statistical analysis of field data collected finishing, eliminatingthe unreasonable data, corrected by the linear sliding smooth method, performing precision analysis for the collected data and correction result, and the collected data can be used as the basis data to calculate the people, materials, machine consumption, and the expectations corrected by the method are the consumption.In this paper, selecting the new campus of City College of Jilin Jianzhu University for case background, detailed introduces about the practical applications of green building quota establishment methods. Through describing the quota project division of Green Insulation Board and the quota items establishment of Modified Phenolic Insulation Board of facade wall, verifies the feasibility of the establishment methods, and concludes that they can be applied in practice.
